Vanja Sea Webshop
Vanja Sea webshop is a service provided by textile/fashion company Rosa Matilda (VAT FI18873053). All prices include VAT (tax). We reserve the right for price alterations. You can order by placing an order through our webshop or by emailing us shop @ vanjasea.com. You have to be over 18 years old or you have to have the permission of your parent or guardian to place an order.
Shipping costs to Finland
Shipping and handling fees via Posti:
Weight max 100 g -> 2 €
Weight over 300 g, Fetch from Posti Parcel Point -> 4 €
Weight over 300 g, Fetch from Post Office -> 4 €
The shipping fees are automatically updated according to your cart contents. For over 100.00 € orders we pay the shipping.
NOTE! Shipping fees for yarns and pillows are based on dimensions.

After having placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes. In case you don't get an order confirmation, please check the junk mail folder from your email! We aim to ship your order out as soon as possible, usual delivery time occurs within 1-7 days of order placement. Estimated shipping time to EU is 3-7 days. For all of our worldwide shipments, we use Finnish Post.
Due to high demand, your selected products may become out of stock before your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed we will notify you by email.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

The order amount will be charged on your card once your order has been placed. The payments are securely processed by Paytrail Plc. Please follow the instructions to return to the online store after payment, so that your payment will be linked to your order.
If you pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard card, acts Vanja Sea as the marketer of services and products and delivers the products to buyers. Paytrail Plc acts as the seller in Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments and the deal is made between the customer and Paytrail Plc which is also the payment recipient and transfers payments to Vanja Sea later. The seller is responsible for all deal related obligations.

Checkout transfer service transfers payments to Vanja Sea. It provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works the same way as traditional web payments. Checkout is managed by Paytrail Plc.
Vanja Sea has a 14 day return policy. Always save the receipt from your purchase. The date of your purchase is required to claim the guarantee or return the item. All returns must be handled with care, unused with the tags, and in their original packaging. Make sure the returned item will not be damaged in transit. Failure to comply will render the return ineligible for refund. Please contact us by email prior to returning a product shop @ vanjasea.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and for returning the products within 14 days of your notification of return. When shipping returns, we highly recommend shipping with an insured carrier, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
If you want to return the item you have purchased in exchange for another item, first return your purchase and then place a new order.
The following products may not be returned: Products manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specifications (cut fabrics) and products which are for health or hygiene reasons not suitable for being returned, including but not limited underwear.
If a mistake has taken place and there is a defect in the product, we will repair or replace the product. Please contact us by email concerning any warranty issues.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties according to the Personal Data Act data file (523/99) 10§.
